Baja 1000
The Baja 1000 is a grueling test of endurance, pushing even the most rugged vehicles to their limits. But it's just another day at the office for the Bronco Raptor and F-150 Raptor R. Equipped with FOX shock technology and BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires wrapped around Method Race Wheels, the Bronco Raptor and F-150 Raptor R easily tackled the rugged terrain. The modifications to meet SCORE stock class regulations were minimal, emphasizing the vehicles' impressive capabilities in their original form. Ford F-150 Raptor R
The Ford Raptor R is a beast of a truck, powered by a monstrous 5.2-liter supercharged V8 engine that unleashes over 700 horsepower. This potent engine is paired with a new supercharger pulley that boosts power sooner, ensuring that all 37-inch BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires receive ample torque. The suspension setup also provides an inch of front suspension travel, resulting in a respectable 13.1 inches of ground clearance. The Raptor R's impressive powertrain is complemented by its robust suspension system, which features FOX Live Valve shocks with Position-Sensitive Damping (PSD) technology. Additionally, the truck comes equipped with Trail Turn Assist. This technology helps drivers navigate tight turns by applying brake pressure to the inside rear wheel, reducing understeer and improving control.
