Lot Attendant Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization of all vehicle inventory
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lots as needed
- Assist with vehicle flow operations within the dealership as service tickets are generated
- Maintain lot and dealership appearance
- Unloads new vehicle shipments
- Tags all-new vehicle keys
- Handles lease return vehicles

Job Description:
The sales associate is responsible for working with clients to develop relationships, identify vehicle preferences, and select the appropriate model while ensuring each customer has a premium buying experience. Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle in inventory that meets their needs
- Explain features and demonstrate the operation sof the vehicle on test drives
- Communicate sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, and discount
- Close deals!
- Complete paperwork accompanying vehicle sales, including but not limited to, preparing sales slip or sales contract
- Prospect to generate a stream of customers that visit and inquire about purchasing a vehicle from you
- Communicate and follow up using our state of the art customer management system

Parts Delivery Driver Responsibilites:
- Provides exceptional customer service
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and management direction, including all fleet and safety policies
- Ensures commercial products are delivered on time and in excellent condition
- Drives delivery vehicle to transport parts to Commercial customers, including the loading and unloading of parts
- Maintains a safe driving and working environment, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Picks up parts from nearby stores and outside vendors
- Ensure appropriate delivery documentation is generated and issued for each delivery. Follows proper accident procedures
- Takes the necessary steps to report vehicle maintenance issues

Job Description:
Fullerton Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our growing team! The Automotive Warranty Administrator prepares, records, and submits warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor and reconciles them accordingly.
Job Duties:
- Process Warranty claims on a timely basis for each franchise or distributor
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule
- Posts credits on computer
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly or receive authorization to write them off
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
- Tracks warranty parts by tagging with the repair order number, date of replacement, and date on which part may be disposed of
- Arranges for parts to be shipped to the factory or distributor or to be scrapped
- Files and maintains all service records as required by the warrantor
- Keeps informed of all factory recalls and bulletins
- Assists with body shop warranty claims as needed
- Assists with the cashier and telephone duties as needed
- Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the controller
- Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Prior experience is needed
- ADP experience is highly desirable
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mopar experience is preferred but not required
- High School diploma required
